I would be afraid to keep parts and tools in a car port. Do you have room to build a small shop, 24x30 maybe?

You can rent a garage space out where I live, can fit 4 stangs in it packed together with room for tools for 500 a month. Its obviously only 1 bay but its a lot of room.

put it in my gargage. i'll fly up and get the car, drive it home. do anything you want me to it, for free. but i get to drive the hell outta your car when its a few hundred or so miles away lol. just joking, build something, not really hard. go to homedepot or somewhere, make something like a box, put tarps or something around it, drive the car in. boom you got a cheap ole garage. we did that last year when we were rebuilding my bros blazer, worked like a charm espically when it rained. but good luck!
