just picked up a 91 lx convertible for the winter project i need some tips / advice
it has air intake headers exhuast waht else should i do not alot of money for horsepower i want this to be pretty nice so thanks alot for ur help and also wat do u think about this year / car good or bad pickup on my part

gears would be a good start... if its stick get a short throw shifter... uh.. sticky tires...

as for the car... sounds good to me.

should post some pics, thread = pointless without pics. 91 is nice, last year of forged pistons, but the only thing i dont like about them is they have airbags & the gauges and a/c controls are diff & you dont have a map light and tilt wheel. cheap hp = pulleys, electric fan, cai, full exhaust, tb, maf. those will help you out till you can get money or if you want an easier way, just spray it. but becareful what shot you use. if its the stock motor use a dry shot.

yea i forgot about gears, thats not hp though, just makes you feel like you bolted on a s/c. lol.

its not hp but its a hell of a good bang for the buck... and they deffinatly help put the power down. most ppl asking for hp dont realize they can change things like their gear ratio to become faster... or i should say quicker..

yea my bad i thought i put 92, my fault mis-type. 93 is hypereutic or h/e u spell it, and black lets not get into the 87-89 and 90-93 argument again rofl.

Dont forget the subframe connectors and ditch the rear drums for a disc setup.
