stick or auto? what do you run now? if its a 5speed, and your hitting decent times then i think yes w a good driver mod youll hit a high 13... if not then ill say a low low 14... but if you can drive youll see a high 13.

i think thats the bigest factor... if all he can do now is a low 15 then nope not happenin... if he can drive and can get a mid 14 now then itll happen...

I don't think 13's are out of the picture by any means. If you changed the heads then you would be easily in the 13's. The limiting factor on the fox bodies is the timing, exhaust, and heads. Don't know if this helps but on regular street tires (lower PSI), catback exhaust, 3.73 gears, BBK cold air, and subframes I ran a 8.9 in the 1/8 mile with a 5 speed. Just practice and 13's will be yours.
