seafoam is really good, http://www.seafoamsales.com/, the only thing is that is your motor hasn't had the best maintance and theres a lot of sludge thats holding seals and gaskets together it'll clean all that out, potentially causing leaks, but highly unlikely, it'd worth the money imo. and if it doesn't smoke a lot its a sign the car was well maintained and in very good shape! buy it and do it at night... it's pretty cool to watch!

I've used Lucas and BG 44k (I think it's the 44k stuff), the lucas really didn't do anything, but I added the 44k started using 91 octane fuel and set my timing to 16 degrees and my gas mileage increased dramatically (no pinging either).

ford has an injector cleaner system they use,and it does work....<it's a machine not a bottle you pour.
