Default 93 stang issues

This mourning on the way to work my left turn signal on the dash board wont blink just turns on and glows steady. Would this be simple as the flaser bad or is this a possble a wiring problem. Also ever since I have had the car the headlights work fine until you turn on the fog lights and then a few minutes later the headlights will turn on and off by themselves. Is this a common gt or cobra problem or am I the first? If not what is the solution?

I agree with the checking of the bulbs for the blinkers, as for the fogs, I would look at the light switch and make sure someone did not try to mess with the wires and rewire the fogs to the parking lights, also check at the fog light switch and see if the wires were messed with there as well.
