Ok, its a book. Described in the 2003 Ford Racing catalog on page 144 as 'The offical Ford Mustang5.0L 1979-93 Technical Referance & Performance Handbook'
Any body got one? Is it any good. I'm asking because Ford wants $29 for it and I want to check before I spend that sort of $$$ on a
book.
What referance books are you guys using if not this one?

Well Ive always used Chilton repair manuals for all the cars Ive had. Im satisfied with them.

I use the same as NegadivOne, Chilton repair manuals, try ebay you'll be surprised.

You can't go wrong with the original factory repair manuals for your car. Used to be there was a post card in the back of the owner's manual that let you order them for about $25 if I remember right when I got my '88. Best $25 I ever spent on my car too! You might be able to find some at a swap meet or car show if someone is willing to give it up. Chilton's is a good substitute though.
