Tangerine GT

I just recenetly finally sold my stock gt 5.0 and spent the last week getting my 347 in my 95 gt. I finished trasnferring all the accesories and tonight I had hooked my exhaust and tranny back up. I had everything done, it was all perfect and running so smooth. Then when I go to hook up the throttle cable to the bracket its too long <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley7.gif border="0"> Ugh I'm so pissed. Do I need a new bracket? I have a completely new 347 long block with an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold. I have the plenum spacer on there to make room for the valve covers I chose. It all clears so pefectly and everythings fine I just cant get the damn throttle coord to hook up right. It seems too long but I'm using the same bracket that came on the stock gt. Anyone whose run into this problem before or knows what I have to do please tell me quick. I'm growing impatient. Everytime my car is down I feel slightly further from sanity.

Are you using the factory egr spacer and what throttle body also?
