Default Vortech MAF

man this thing is cheap and can be recalibrated for 30$ a pop. 125$ for the unit. but a couple of ?'s for the guys who know the small stuff. it says not calibrated for cold air intake.(is this a disadvantage if it still flows way better than stock?) and it says electronics not included. can you just switch over the old ones. thanks guys. want to buy as soon as possible.

http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/...tegory_Code=AC this? i cant see why having a cold air intake would have anything to do with calibrations

http://www.jdsperformance.com/index....tem&inmake=all i use this one. it doesnt come with electronics either. thats why it is so cheap compared to one that has it. all you have to do is transfer the stock electronics over to the new housing. it takes a whole 5 minutes. mine even came with the right screw driver bit to do it with

that vortech one uses factory sensors. all you get is the housing. so if you ever get bigger injectors, the factory sensor would have to be recalibrated, and im not sure if they can. but thats not the point. dont get it. the factory electronics have a big post that goes down the middle, that restricts air.
