Default best H/C/I setup 4 me

alright guys i have a 92 notch, it currently has equal shorties, o/r h-pipe, flowmasters, cai, maf, electric fan, no smog pump, short shifter, strange posi, 373s, 31 spline moser axels, lakewood lower c.a. ive thinkin and thinkin bout what to do to it this winter and i think its about time for heads, cam, and intake. hopefully this info helps

my question is
1. whats a good street cam with about a 1500-6000 rpm range with rough idle that makes good all around power?
2. heads that would go with this setup to make the most power ( aluminum or cast iron)?
3. is it worth takin the stock intake and havin it ported and polished or is it best to buy an aftermarket?

thanx fellow stangers

how much do those AFR heads run? & where do they sell them?

is it also a waste of money to port & polish the stock heads?

yea its a waste for p and p of the stock heads, the afrs are expensive and can be found at most major parts store like summit or jegs, and they run at around 1200-1400 depending upon which u get

its a matter of opinion i would stick w/ trick flow but people like edelbrock cause its been proven, you will be well over 400 hp at the crank with this setup, probably mid to hig 300's in rwhp
