Default TPS Voltage problems

I tried setting my tps voltage and couldnt seem to get it under 1.2's. So i went and bought a brand new one, and I cannot seem to get it to under 1.16's without turnoing the throttle body screw way out. When i do that however the car cant even idle because it so far out. What do I do tho fix this?

You may need to slot the holes in the sensor to get the extra adjustment.

Try adjusting it with the screws out and you will find out how far off the holes are.
I have heard of drilling a 1/8" hole in the throttle plate to raise the idle. Doing that may allow you to close the throttle plate and still have enough idle speed and get the proper TPS voltage.

You need to reset your base idle, and slot your tps holes to get it within range. What throttle body are you running?

who ever is telling you that doesn't know **** drilling a hole will only help with idle on car with large injectors in needing a lil more air..it has nothing to do with the TPS
