Default new block questions

im planning on building a whole new motor, even tho this whole driveline only has 81k on it. i was wondering what block should i get? i plan on being able to run mid 11's but still be streetable and legal. i was thinking ford racing. any benefits of this block over any others? cooling? stability? also planning on a tko500 and ford 9" with locked diff

just buy another stock one and why would you want to run a ford 9" to go only 11's?

a built 8.8 will be just as reliable as a 9 in and cheaper

2 kwik i'm very curious about your '90 with the 306. i've been looking into a 306 kit for a while, and i actually think it will outperform a 347 kit. any thoughts?
