easier than eating cake... take the gauges out and take the needles off and lay those over then put everything back together

so i have to...
1.) pop off the plastic cover
2.) take off the needles
3.) pull out the old guage backing
4.) lay the new one in place
5.) put the needles back on
6.) and then the plastic cover back on

???

remember to place the needles back in their original places when you took em off. like the oil, volts, fuel level, and water temp esp. otherwise, the guage will be off. the speedo should sit down on the stop at zero
