Like you said, you can get 'em cheap. That's why they're great for a budget....and those #'s aren't so bad if you've seen what stock E7's do (or don't do as the case may be). I don't think anyone on here will tell someone w/ $1k+ to spend that they should get GT40's....only for the budget-minded....

lol why did mod motors get dragged into this. its a completely different game w/ mod motors, especially the 03/04 4 valves.

I think Pro's car is pushing something like 387 rwhp.

any specs? my buddies 03 dynoed 595 on 18psi

461rwhp and still running the stock cam!! plan to do a cam swap early next year after i rebuild my aod. hoping to pick up 30rwhp but we'll see

stock block, crank, rods, pistons, cam, etc
