Yeah, that's the trick to it. You dont really have to push hard. If you tried to force it then you probably bent the metal inside. Just look to make sure it isn't bent, then line it up as best as possible with the bar. As you gently push, just turn the **** slowly and eventually it will line up just right and will slide right in.

i havent pushed it hard. I been gentle. I know the rod isnt bent and i lined up the inside. Im going to go to the garage and im not leaving until it goes on and then im try to get those damn bullitt pedals on. Im not looking forward to that. damn brake and clutch are a bitch to put on.

All 8.8 rears have trac loc as far as I know. And I believe those codes were correct also posted by adder.
