Default GT-40 heads

Like to put a set of these on my 87 302 HO. Other Mustang, what other vehicle could I get them off of? Thanks

u need to be careful about what year tho.. i htink b4 97 1/2 is gt-40 and after 97 1/2 is gt-40p.... gt-40p take different headers... and have different compression and a differenet flow rate... at least compairing stock numbers to stock numbers... if there ports its a different story all together

p's will make more power because of a higher compression ratio, which also means you'll have to run better gas. Also with the p's you have to get new headers to clear the spark plugs, these are the reasons I went with the 40's not the p's
