Good to hear! Once I get all the pros and cons figured out I'm going to scoop up a kit! Do you know what the difference between the street and track kit? Mine is going to be a street car but I do want the best bang for my buck. Thanks.

You can get the TFS top-end kit for ~2100 if you look hard enough. Get a part # from their site and Google it....

Ok I found it on summits site for $2,199 ---TFS-K514-350370B (the kit with the black powdercoated intake)...will work great with the new black paint I'm going to lay down. That comes with roller rocker arms and everything. Rated at 350 HP!

The cam is .499 intake/ .510 exhaust. How will the car idle? I would like it to gallop a little. Duration is 221 intake/ 225 exhaust.

Oh....and would i have hood clearance problems? Does this intake sit taller than the factory one?

Anyone run this kit or anything similiar to be able to answer my questions?

I have the street intake w/ a 1" spacer and it just barely rubs my hood. You shouldn't have any issues if you don't run a spacer. You may have to clearance your valve covers a little to make the rockers fit, but it shouldn't be too difficult.

The stage 1 is very streetable and should have some lope, but not too bad.

88mustangGX, the E cam has the same lift/duration on both the int and the exh sides whereas the stage 1 has a split lift/duration for each side...It will give a little better performance, IMO.

Cool thanks for the info!

How would I clearance the valve covers? They are not too thick of metal so it can be shaved or grinded really.
