if u use a clamp or a mallet or anything to get enough force to push the caliper in will work, just remember to have ur bleeder valve open and u will be fine, i use a clamp personally, after u put ur pads in just remember to bleed the brakes and add brake fluid if nesscary and that should take care of ur problem
