do you need it immidately? im drivin my 5.0 now but im puttin that powertrain into a 4 baner soon and wasnt plannin on usin those intakes. let me know if ur interested.

I'm sure you've heard it before, but check junkyards for old Ford Explorer GT40 intakes. I just purchased an entire Explorer 5.0 engine for $350 at the junkyard here. It starts, runs, and has a 180 day warranty. Nothing great, but it's better than no warranty at all I'm going to strip the GT40 heads and the GT40 intake from it. Not a bad find for the price!

I was shoched myself, lol. The website had it listed at $450. When I canned they said $350. Sold! lol. I bought it for the intake and heads...but now I'm almost tempted to rebuild it and throw it in some old beater mustang.

347 Twin turbo FTW... and put it in a 79 fairmont that is primered and painted like 4 different colors and with steel wheels.. can anybody say sleeper?lol

Like i can afford TT right now, LoL. Evey extra cent goes towards the 95 GT. Gonna have to look at getting a stronger tranny in the near future.
