i know what you mean, anything over 4" IMO is too much, but a 3" Cobra R would look freakin awesome. i say go for it. I wish they made the cobra R's for 4 eyed fox bodies

go for the 3". It will look awsome on your car. Those stripes will make it look even better

The 3" deffinitely should NOT be overkill. look at kadence's its a 3 3/4 and still doesnt look too big and yours will be 3/4 inches smaller. Any smaller and it may be TOO subtle...sutle...sutel...subtel..lol IDK

ahhh i dont no wat to do, i am kinda planning on doing a decent h/c/i 306 in the summer but i dont wanna b a *** and have a beasty hood with a weak car

naw it wouldnt be ricey dude. Its a cool hood. If that makes you a poser than ANY aftermarket hood makes you a poser. Personally I dont think it makes you a poser especially if you are gonna do a H/C/I swap with a 306 later! Do what you want though. If you know alot of people that will make fun of you or hassel you for having it and dont wanna worry bout it than dont do it. If you arent worried about that than do it, people you drive by dont know whats done to it, only you and anyone you let see under the hood do!
