How old are the ignition parts. Take a spray bottle full of water, next time the weather is good, start the car and spray down the secondary ignitioin parts and see what happens.

my car runs weird when its wet out also.... but its a different kinda weird. My rolling idle is like 1800rpms, and when sitting still, its idles around 1300rpms
but only on wet days, so it cant be a vac leak

cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and coil are new. and about the fender mount cai no, i dont even have a cai yet. but my silencer box is removed. its acting like an injector is stuck open or something cause trying to let it idle it wants to stall then trying to baby it aruound it acts like its flooded then you give it hell and it runs fine.

a vacuum leak would cause rough idle and bogging out but once you get into the higher rpms it would start running normal again. Check your rubber lines once over and i do mean check them, they can be very deceiving. Also, how close are your plug wires to one another? I know there new but if your spark is strong enough it will jump wires.

here is an easy way to find a vac leak buy a can of carb cleaner start the car on a clear day and spray it aroung the intake man and vac lines and see if it rev up or dies if it dont rev up or dies no vac leakes than try this pull the cap off spray some wd 40 in the cap wipe it out with a paper towel and let dry and see if that fix the prob could be getting moisture in the cap
