Default Budget super charger

Ok, so i know that going with a super charger isnt exactly a budget type of deal, i mean budget relative to other methods of force induction. Im wanting to spend up to three grand, though preferably closer to two, and I will be using the car as a daily driver. What type of super charger would you recomend?

i think i can find a paxton novi1000 for about 2000 for a whole setup new through a shop in town. What is the difference between the novi1000 and 2000? Oh, and how is the quality of the paxton blowers? I mean, Id rather spend three-four grand on a decent blower than spend two grand on a piece of junk.

I would get a vortech style one. Ebay has many vortech kits for stangs. Could prolly' get a kit for $1500. Thats still too much IMO.

anybody have any power estimates for the novi 1000 or a basic vortech kit? The paxton sight gives a disapointing estimate of 275 rwhp for the novi 1000...thats not even worth the trouble if thats the case...
