if it's a 5-speed car, tires and alot of gear can do it. depends how tight the motor is.
my '89 went 13.20's w/ 4.10's , long tubes, ac delete, smog delete, southsides and et streets
but my '93 (it's power everything and the '89 was manual everything) goes 14.00 setup exactly the same way (still has the smog and ac ).
if tires and gear doesn't do it, 50-75 shot of nitrous will, (my '93 goes 13.00 on 80 shot) or you can do a budget set of heads.
if it's an aod ???? it's gonna cost ya, unless you wanna squirt about 125 , then it's gonna cost anyways, w/ a busted tranny

i just did a fu*cking type up on comp so chill out...Jesus christ......im aod...i have transgo shift kit on way...and i have 373...next to me on floor but other then that i need 2 know...i know full exhaust in cold air intake....but should i get the underdrive pullys and msd ignition??????

^wouldn't hurt, and by the way learn to take a joke, things kinda get rough on the playground so dont get off freaking out on people....
full exhaust
gears
timing advance
subframe connectors
upper/lower control arms
rear springs/shocks
4 cyl front springs/struts
good tires (Dr's)
5 spd get a shift kit/auto manual valve body & shift kit
port the upper intake inlet larger (or get a cobra/gt40 intake), match the TB and increase size of MAF
remove air silencer and install k&n air filter
...these aren't in any good order just what rolled off my head....
