uuum is there supposed to be oil in the IAC ???[X(]

no not at all. if you have oil in your IAC, you have a bad valley pan gasket under the intake.

i guess a bad PCV might cause a little oil to get in there, but thats a long shot.

Well there is a line connecting the v/c to the throttle body, so yeah, if the pcv is not operating properly, it could be coming through there.
