I have a 89 AOD going to make it 5 speed,Heres whats i have done to the car-H/C/I from trick flow,24lbs injectors,70mm&Mass air,headers.....i heard i could run the stock clutch? is that true...when i drive i drive hard all the time when i get it out What should i do???

with that setup your gonna want a clutch with more holding power. look into Centerforce Dual Friction clutch kits. they might be a little overkill for your application, but its better to have an overly good clutch than one that will slip.

Thanks... oh i forgot does it matter if the trans is a 93 are the clutches the same size?

spec clutches are good, i just bought a stage 1. you could probably use the stage 2-3.
