Thanks for the advice, I think I'm going to look into the steeda #19 cam. Emissions aren't an issue because the motor is going into a '65 restomod and going to be registered in michigan. Its nice not having any sort of inspections or restrictions.
Well in that case... since your probably going to carb it.. completly ignore my cam selections. They are EFI cams and will not produce as much power in a carbed setup.

Contact Jay Allen at www.camshaftinnovations.com and he'll get you setup with a sweet *** custom grind cam

I talked to Steeda and they said their #19 cam was a very clean burning cam and should pass emissions, they just never bothered to spend the time or money on getting it a CARB EO number.

Also for what it's worth Summit lists the E303 as computer compatible, but I have heard of people having problems running them in SN95's.

The car is going to be EFI for reliability and ease, I already have the complete setup with a t-5 also. Like what P Zero said, cold mornings suck, I live in the north. I've dealt with enough carbed vehicles, '76 F150 with a 400FE it was a monster pushing over 400hp and 35in super swampers, and an '88 Fifth Avenue. I want to try a restomod, looks almost stock until you open the hood, a nice sleeper.

i run the e303 cam and love it. But it used to suck around town because i would have to ride gears longer until i got my gears and intake.

or just run the b303 cam with 1.7 rr best of both worlds more duration and more lift problems solved

Default Cam/ computer

How’s it going. I’m Nick (late as hell to post!) sorry. But could really use any advice/help as for how bxxchy these sn95.0 computers can be. She’s mostly stock except for deletes. Charcoal canister, and EGR delete. Ported and polished lower intake. Smog delete. New harmonic balancer which is the only thing I can think of why my car sounded like it had a major exhaust leak. Then went to sone what of a tapping noise, (never driven just started) before I noticed the bad balancer with sone of the rubber seal in the middle starting to pop out. And after I put the new balancer. Me being me I checked the oil after checking everything else I could think of ( some plugs were fuel soaked and oil/fuel was in upper intake) and damn the worst silver sharpie liquid colored oil I’ve seen in my life 2 lifters turned
a bit out of place, rockers for em were loose of course. Could the computer really be not liking the deletes or ported lower intake that much? It didn’t seem to like EGR delete for sure, which I still haven’t fully figured out as for keeping the sensor/pintle halfway in or not. And how the computer responds to it. Hope my cam isn’t wiped out. Haven’t even pulled the oil pan yet. Any help/input is really appreciated. She hasn’t been on the road for 6 months and has been a money pit but she’s my baby! Thanks y’all too
