I went with a spec stage 3 and a fidanza aluminum flywheel. The pedal is real stiff still and I have been beating the crap out of it for over a year.

I have a Ram and I'm very happy with it. In my opinion I would stay clear of Centerforce. I had two of them and had nothing but trouble. I also had bad luck with the Motorsport clutches.

+1 on the spec stage II clutch. i've got one and it works great. a little noisy but it grabs good and hard every time. its pretty damn stiff too.
