For those who store their cars???
Do you guys put fresh oil in your car just to store it? I have the last 3 years, but I wondered if it made that much of a differnece, the oil that is in there has about 2,000 miles on it.

yes, put fresh in before storage because of the acids in the oil, its better to have fresh oil coating everything, also a full tank of gas is a good idea! Fresh red cedar or dryer sheets will keep bugs and mice away as well!

Along with putting fresh oil in it, its not a bad idea to fog the cylinders. Its an oil-type spray that you put un through the spark plug holes, it lightly coats the inside of the cylinder with oil so it does not dry out while sitting for a while... otherwise, you can just start it up every now and then

I just started mine up after a month of storage already or was it three weeks? Anyway I just wanted to start it, hehe...
Oil doesn't get bad just sitting there. In fact oil never goes bad, it breaks down from dirt, water, fuel, and microscopic particles from nromal wear.
