well, since nobody else explained it, your accelerator pedal is connected to a lllllllooooooonnnnngggg cable that connects to the throttle body, when you press the pedal the cable pulls back and opens the TB allowing more air in, thus allow the computer to add more fuel, increasing your RPMs, now you can take your hand and pull open the TB without ever touching the pedal

hmmm thought so, I sprayed like 3 lines but nothing happened so IDK how many more lines there are [&:]

there is quite a few. can you distinguish a someone pinpoint location of the whistling?? behind intake, near P/S pump?

well Im POSITIVE its on the pass. side, gets a little louder near the firewall, could be under the intake if theres vac lines under there

hmmmm I forgot to add that when I added the serpentine belt I got a shorter belt that re-routes around the smog pump, so the smog pump is just there, but everything for it is hooked up.

its possible that the exhaust flow could pull vacuum somewhat on that line, but i dont think it would whistle
