Yeah you gotta be careful, I usually pull the disty out to get more clearance, its just a pain in the *** with it in there. Also, I put studs in the front 2 bolt holes for alignment, they work as a guide. It helps out bigtime.

I suppose I'll have a better idea once I get the intake off. I put it on by myself and it's a bit awkward installing without four hands. I may have not seated the gaskets properly and possibly pinched one.

come on guys your holding out on him
1.several bolts, need some rtv on them, in fact, ill just rtv all the lower intake bolts.
2. the beelow procedure must be followed[8D]
3.same for upper
4. also there is a coolant gasket on your throttle body if you took it apart
see his sanwiched in there, also rtv those 4 bolts.
