8LG computer???

I have a chance to get a 8LG computer.. I never heard of it...what year stang did this come out of?? Auto or 5spd??? And is it worth a crap???

I did a search on google and came up with nothing that had to do with cars. Stay away.

I did a yahoo search on it too... I found ONE mustang forum that had a thread saying they used this computer and the car ran but the check engine light wouldn't work... I am stumped...

Why do you want one? I would just stay away from it and get a stock computer. Do you need a new computer or something?

I am swappin an 88 to MAF.. and this guy has the computer, harness, MAF meter and intake tube.. Basicly everything to sway a SD to MAF.

And hes the one running the 8LG? I have never heard of it. Honestly, I would tell him you want everything except for the computer and pick up a stocker online somewhere or at a parts store. Just my opinion though.
