I know they will, but just want to give it a shot and see how my years of thinking I know what I'm doing will serve me on the track. I also want to see what my car has.

So at prestage, the first set of lights flash and full stage both do and you're off, right?

When you're set to go do you rev the car to 2,500 RPMs with the clutch half engaged and the brake on, similar to doing a powerbrake, except the clutch isn't completely out, and once you're off, you slip the clutch and take your foot off the brake?

I wasn't sure if you just rev'd the car and slipped the clutch, with no brake on, or loaded it up like a power brake, except you're not sitting still spinning the tires.

I'm sure I didn't explain this clearly, so let me know if you're all sitting there scratching your heads.

BTW-What time are you going tonight?

Don't try and power brake, just hold the clutch in and rev it to 2500 and don't touch the brake. You shouldn't roll, but if you do good luck on keeping it in place.

dude if you wanna chew some azz

get your fuel out the tank, install 2 gallons of 100 octaneracing fuel and swap over to a 9psi pullie and bump the timing up to 12degrees.
drop your rear tire pressures to 20psi. Id remove the hood

screw slicks, use a can of rubberized undercoating, youll hook and run a low numbers

thats a $65 improvement and a full 1.0 second drop/
