my car won't start today i thought it was just the battery again... bought a new battery and the car still wouldn't even turn over. the stereo and everything else works fine so i've come to the conclusion its the starter... how it happened... i dont know. anyways willa 3.8l 86 mustang starter work on my 5.0 86? any help appreciated thanks.

doyou hear clicking? i bet its your started cilonoid(sp???)

also most of the time a locked up starter will cause all the lights inside and radio to either die or flicker when the key is turned to start.

o and be smart... check all your grounds 1st, and the fuse for the starter... no sense buying shyt thats not broke

well i don't have to buy anything really.. i have my 3.8 sitting there just waiting for something i can use it for lol. i'm gonna go tomorrow in the dayline and switch them up and see if it starts...
