SD compatibility questions...

Ok I did a search and I didn't really get clear cut answers..

I am about to order a trick flow street heat upper and lower intake manifold, a 70mm throttle body and egr, under drive pullies and I was thinking about throwing in 24lb injectors while i ahve it taken apart. but I herd that speed density dosn't work with 24s is this true.
will my set up work ok with speed density? do i have to get a dyno tune? should I get a dyno tune? with or with 24s

thanks
