Steven91gt, as long as the black and white scuff marks are indeed from the other car you can carefully rub it out...the scratches. Try toothpaste first (not gel), seriously. On some surperfiscial marks, toothpaste will remove paint that was left from the other car. If this doesn't work it's because the scratches are deeper into the paint in which case you'll to have to resort to compound. You could try an off the shelf rubbing compound from an auto store, but I don't know how well it would work. I use "proffesional" grade compounds from 3M or Presta on a wool pad and a variable speed polisher. It's difficult to tell from the photos, but it does appear that you've exposed the urethane bumper. If you're looking for a quick fix, rub out what you can, clean it with rubbing alcohol and touch it up with some paint. It won't look perfect, but at least it won't be an eye sore.
Good luck and keep them grades up. Nothing beats a 4.0 AND a 5.0.

hey you can use this as an "excuse" to get you a stalker front end...haha but they do look good though. just go to a ford dealership and buy some touch up paint. they sell it at i think all dealerships(dont quote me on that) you just have to tell them your factory color name.

hmm not knowing the color makings things a lil tricky... but ya try that tooth paste trick, i have heard it works with the right situation. and rubbing compound is stupid cheap, at least for me, i think i paid like 3 bucks for some turtle brand compound.. isnt the greatest but it has helpped me a few times.
but ya just try buff out the scuffs and then take your time finding a paint color that matches real well and also take your time applying the touch up paint. if you do it right it should look pretty good. good luck!
