Default Place for switches

I have been trying to think of a place to put 3-4 toggle switches in my car. I Have a aftermarket CD player, and I am thinking about the plastic peice that goes below the player, infront of the shifter, but I am not sure if anyone has seen this done, or what it will look like.

i think as long as it's a clean job and doesn't get in the way of anything it should look fine.

I thought about the Ashtray, and have seen some kits, but then I would have no where to put my meter change. And one of my remotes. That right, I have two remotes for my car stereo, one for the head unit, and one for XM.

I am thinking the same place but my radio is much higher, and the swithes would be below it. Thanks for the pic man.

Here's my ashtray setup. It's three lighted toggle switches with one momentary switch (for the nitrous purge.)

That looks pretty good Sam, here is my setup VT. I like the aviation switched on the shifter bezel.
