the firewall adjuster.... BOTH PIECES OF IT... mount INSIDE THE ENGINE BAY... the threaded part goes into the firewall, into the car...
this is almost as painful as trying to talk black95mustang through installing his CAI

im not at my house right now, thats where the car is at. so i cant go out and see how it goes. but i think i know what to do now. i appreciate all that yall have done for me. AND SORRY THAT IM SLOW!
