you can hollow them out, just take em off and beat all the crap out the middle,but if they are weld in you will have to weld them back in naturally.

89 notch- straight pipes w/ stock h-pipe ~ sounds real throaty
86 hatch- bbk shorty headers to bbk h-pipe(2.5") to flowmasters ~ Really loud pulled over 3 times for them, 2 of them i was idling haha that should be enough said

Idk if someone already answered this but they have two mufflers, the regular magnaflows and the magnapacks. IMO the magnapacks are way too raspy on 5.0s, but they sound great on 4.6s. They both produce the same HP numbers, one just has more material around it to make it quieter under normal driving.
