audio system
ok i know this is off topic, but barely anyone reads the audio section. so here goes.
i have an Alpine Type R 15" sub, 2000watts max, 900 RMS, in a custom box specifically made to this sub, cubic ft measurements are EXACT to what this sub calls for, ported.
Powering it is a Alpine M1005 Amp, 1000 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms, 2k Max x 1 at 2 ohms, with also a 1 farad Stinger capacitor. All told this system cost me $1350.
This is all for sale, looking to get 1k for the whole deal, with all power and ground wires.
System has been installed for 3 months, probably has just barely broken in. Has maybe 5 total hours on it, since i drove the stang most of the time.
This setup will not sound good / or work well in small vehicles. It is recommended for use in open-area SUV's, hence why it was/is still in my Explorer. PM me or reply here for any questions/interests.

RE: audio system
the actual box isn't that big, just the cover plate. It was real fun sticking the toll cage down in there and welding it. I had a lot of fun those few days. I know it adds weight and probably takes of a tenth or 2 in the 1/8th BUT
