How much is a good price to ask for my Mustang

The car needs a paintjob but the body is straight, only rust is survace at the rear wing area... The wheels/tires/suspension is on the car.... whats a fair price to ask? Just curious, thinking about buying something newer...

If it's as straight and rust free as you say, and assuming it runs/drives great (you didn't mention it did) depending on the mileage and where you live I would say probably between $3500-$4500.
