in 2003 I got nailed for street racing. But i was 17. Heres what happened top me.
I was charged with both of these. In georgia Its Not too bad, but The eludeing is the serious one.
Racing
Attempting to elude law enforcement.
All i did that was consider eludeing was turn off the road and make a 2nd turn. I did pull over when i realised he was after me and close.
I hired an attorney and he managed to get both of those dropped on a plea bargon, and I left with a speeding ticket. Not too shaby.
However, I still had to pay 1500 for an attorney/ which is flat rate for a criminal case. And I had to Pay like 1500 in fines. But I left scott free.
So you may want to look into that.
