Default Engine Rebuild time, What to do?

Hey. I have a 1994 Gt with the 5.0 H.O. I just bought it about a month ago, and found out it has a bad head gasket, and has a case of valve tapping. So im going to have it replaced, ill be doing the work with a friend whos a ford mechanic, so no worrys there. I was planning on building the engine up, so let me know what you guys think about what I want to do, or just some feedback on good setups would be great. So heres the list

Engine Rebuild Kit ( Pistons&Rings, Bearings, Gaskets, ETC.
Valve Job
Then replace what ever we find that needs replaced.

As far as performance upgrades

Trick FLow Street Heat Upper and Lower Intake Manifold
Trick Flow Intake manifold plemum spacer
Ford Racing 24lb Injectors
BBK Cold air intake
70mm Edelbrock Throttle Body
Underdrive Pulley Kit
It has a flowmaster exhaust, with no cats, but to complete the exhaust, BBK Cermanic Long Tube Headers
Gt-40 Heads if i can get my hands on a pair
Cam- Not sure what kind (imput would be awsome)
Fidanza Flywheel
3.73 gears
Short Throw Shifter
Then once everythings done, a dyno tune, and get a chip burnt.

So what do you guys think about that list, should that get me moving better? If im missing any upgrade, like bolts ons, that might help besides Superchargers and turbos, let me know.

Thanks
