Default Back In The Saddle Again

told you guys I would buy another 5.0.well planning on buying another,my buddy has a 1990 5.0 almost all stock, has shorty equal length headers, x-pipe,flowmasters and 4.10 or 4.11 out back.also has a automatic overdrive tranny that has been built.its one clean car,he's asking $2.500 for it. my question is, is there a higher stall torque converter for the AOD.if I buy it I'm planing to put cam and intake and probably port heads, and just maybe juice the car. let me know guys on what you think. thanks

I finaly pulled my head out of chevy's ***.

You can get a custon converter made for you at edge, they will make it to your specs and what you plan to do with the car.

I was thinking like a 3200-3500. I would swap it out for a 5 speed if they were not so expessive, but I'll use the auto till it blows.
