even after sitting up there is still oil on the bearings and engine parts.. it doesnt just dry out. I guarantee youll get pressure instantly once if just start it
that oil pump moves oil real fast.

j/k umm your correct it doesnt just dry out, but however we do live on earth, where gravity presides upon us. after a year, the bearings, maybe, have oil. the valvetrain? no way. unless you like replacing lifters and rockers, prime it.
