what is the best one to use on a stock block with stock heads

I guess I don't understand the question. It sounds like everything is stock except for your intake manifold. Why can't you just use a regular gasket?

I guess if you wanted a good name-brand one you can go with a Felpro gasket thats made for the GT40 intake.
