RE: Regearing: What to get?
not the tranny the rear end.
but what type of riding do you do. for the 1/4 mile i would get 3:55 or 3:73 and for the 1/8 i would get 4:10 or 4:30 also depending on how big your tire is.
if you ride highway, stick with the 3:55 and 3:73

RE: Regearing: What to get?
for the rear end, sorry.
Its my DD and i want to gear it so that it will be faster in 1/4 type accel, seeing as thats about what ill be doing if i actualy race on the street or at the strip.
What is stock? And is it the lower the number the taller the gearing? I dont know much about this so...yah.

i like 4.10's in my 5-speed
over 21 mpg on the freeway, pulls stumps, tachs about 3000 @ 80 mph
but you can also regear the t5, 2.95 super alloy gearset. will tame down the 4.10's a bit in 1st gear , but keep you optimal through the rest of them. personally i like it it w/ the 3.35 1st
