Default CAI

What is my best bet for a cold air intake on my 94...im lookin at the fipk intake from K&N but not sure if there is anything thats significantly better

you dont really need a cold air intake, your stock airbox already pulls air out of the fender. you would probably be fine with just getting a k & n filter for the stock airbox. have you removed the air silencer?

yup im sure. look behind the stock airbox, and behind it is the air silencer. honestly i have never in my life been around a 5.0 stock enough to have it so i cant really help you out much on what it looks like.

to remove the stock air box, unclamp the air filter cover inside the engine compartment and remove the filter, there are a few screws/clips that hole the stock air box in place inside the fenerwell, you should not need to remove the fenderwell liner or tire to do this, simply un bolt and pull out through the wheel well and put a k&n back in place of the stock and your all set... of course you'll need to put the filter cover back on...
