Default RE: trickflow stage 1 cam

I'm currently doing this swap right now (TFS 1 cam swap). I had to order the trickflow valve spring uprade kit, I had some brand new Ford Racing lifters that are going in, a full gasket set, timing chain and gear set, and the cam. If you've got the tools and the time to do it, don't pay someone else to do it. It's a good learning experience and I always have fun when I'm tearing motors down. Between all of that stuff I shelled out about 420 dollars (that doesn't include the price of the ford racing lifters) just on parts. I'm sure it'll be worth it though. It's been fun so far, I'm almost ready to throw all the new parts in it and put it back together, it's gone pretty smooth so far.
