I'd just say go ahead and spend the money on a nice custom 3000 rpm converter from Edge, you will not regret it. I promise you that there will be a huge difference in performance, a drop in your E.T. and smokey burnouts.

with a 3000 stall, rev it up to 1200 rpms and when you're ready to launch give it throttle and take your foot off the brake. You're going to need some slicks for sure.

every car is different. some like flashing at say 1200-1400 and some like to be stalled up to 2400-2800rpms

so right when u take off, nail it and let off the brake it will jump right up to 3 grand and take off like a bat outa hell, or spin like a bat outa hell hahaha
