dont say you will wish you had a fox over a 4.6. I just bought a 97 cobra. and let me tell ya i love that car so much. yes my fox will rip it a new *** hole but my cobra is not blown like my gt is. there are pros and cons to the both of them.

Not really but its less work if the donor is already a V8 as youll have all the suspension pieces. If the donor is a V6 youll need to swap axles. I believe the V6 uses a 7.5.
