Default Just got GT-40 intake, need help

Alright so I just got a GT-40 intake (upper & lower) from a guy for $400. It doesn't have the intake vacuum adaptors. I am not sure where I can get these plugs or where each goes on this, any help? Here's a pic. I plan to get some aluminum trick head tomorrow as well so I want to get cracking tomorrow aswell.

Kind of lost, there is 6-holes... I guess I am going to do my best and try to match the stock intake as best I can since it doesn't look possible to get the right information easily about this intake. I kind of need to know what holes and ****.
